About Me

I’m Kamla Williams—a social worker, neurodiversity interventionist, author, and unapologetic advocate for minds that don’t fit the mold. Born in Jamaica and rooted in Canada, I’ve spent over a decade walking with people through systems that often overlook them—offering strategy, empathy, and a little fire along the way. I specialize in helping ADHDers and neurodivergent adults reclaim their power, find their rhythm, and build lives that work with their brains, not against them. Whether I’m leading workshops, crafting programs, or writing stories that heal, I’m here to spark change that’s practical, poetic, and deeply personal. Let’s rewrite the narrative—one brilliant, messy, resilient mind at a time.
